Terms & Conditions

All goods must be paid for in full before shipping. A tracking number will be issued with all goods shipped. When applicable, accompanying software for certain products is available to all customers free of charge. A download link will appear in the account page of the registered customer after purchase. The customer may not publish, sell, distribute or transfer the software or copies to third parties, nor reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discern the source code of the components of the software.

Return of Goods

Goods can only be returned with authorization by Email first. Goods can be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided that they are in the original unmarked condition. The seller will not refund the post and packaging charges, Bank or Paypal fees, or pay for return postage. Refunds for customers are by direct Bank debit or Paypal only.
